You’re Not Broken: Why Real Healing Doesn’t Require Constant Fixing

Ever feel like your full-time job is healing?

You’re not alone.

It’s so easy to fall into the trap of constant fixing ... always reaching for another supplement, protocol, or mindset shift. Like you’re endlessly one step away from finally arriving at “healed.”

But here’s what I know to be true ... Your body already knows how to heal. It wants to.
You are not broken. You are whole now.

Healing doesn’t mean you stop taking care of yourself.
It just means you stop chasing it from a place of lack.

Take aligned action ... move your body, fuel it with real food, get 'better' sleep, tend to your nervous system.
And do it from the identity of someone who is already whole.
Not someone waiting to earn their wellness.

That’s the shift.
That’s where true healing actually lands.
That’s where life starts happening, flowing, opening ...

Here’s one example from my real life:

  • I walk regularly with a weight vest

  • I go to Pilates and strength train consistently

  • I take very intentional, clean supplements to support my bone density and liver
    And ...  I don’t make any of this my identity.
    My identity is: I am strong, whole, and my body knows what to do 🤍
