What is Health Coaching?
Health Coaching looks at the relationship between lifestyle choices & food choices, and how they both affect our health. As a health coach, I help people outline their goals, help make sure they are spending their energy according to these priorities, and help them shed limiting beliefs along the way.
Together in health coaching we will explore, and play with attainable little action steps that will lead you to achieving your weight, exercise, & overall health goals. Simultaneously we will work to discover and transform your internal mental and emotional limiting beliefs, discomforts, and any areas you seek to feel more grace, ease, & peace.
In a 1:1 Health Coaching Program with me, you have a safe & confidential space to be open, you will always have my full attention, and everything we discuss or look at together in our calls is 100% personalized for you, to help you create desired balance in your life in order to achieve your goals by cleaning up your eating, cleaning up your life, lowering stress, and coming more into alignment with your worth & purpose.
If you feel like you need help, like you’re doing all of the things, but nothing’s working, I have a plan for you! You don’t have to do it all on your own…I am there with you the entire time, every step of your journey!
