2 tips for when you're feeling off

I’ve gotten a lot of messages from people saying they are in a funk, more anxious than they want to be, and feeling off right now lately.

So if that’s also you, first of all, know that you’re not by yourself 🤍 And secondly, I’m going to give you 2 things to think about doing, just to help you pull more into your center, more aligned, more grounded …


1 🤍 Head into root vegetables!

Ground yourself with awesome root vegetables like rainbow carrots, turnips, rutabaga, parsnips, beets, any color sweet potatoes …

Go into root vegetables and eat nice, supportive, beautiful, grounding food


2 🤍 Go outside and ground! Be outside.

Take a walk and be with your feet every step.

Put your feet in the grass, be with the grass.

If you can find a tree, put your back on the tree and breathe, and give everything to the tree 🤍 give it into the roots, give it into the bark …

It can be your back on the tree.

You can literally hug the tree and put your third eye on it.

Ground that way as well.
