When I read this the first time, it made me take a deep breath ...
"Unplug” can be unplugging from electronics, social media, news, etc.
And also from literally anything we’re doing all the time … Whether constantly giving our energy to other people, running from this place to that place, or whatever our regular juggling act is ๐ค
I’s so true that almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, and often times if it’s *me* I’m unplugging … By taking solid time outside or choosing to do something fun that’s completely out of the norm … Usually I work even better after unplugging for a bit!

It’s not natural for me to shift towards unplugging, so I’ve been doing much better by scheduling it in ๐ค Still need a lot of consistent little reminders, but I’m improving!
