Your body is a temple

It’s not just “your body is a temple” … It’s how to do easy, constant, necessary, “maintenance” for said temple!

It’s all well and good that you start viewing your physical body (“earth suit” as my client calls it) as a worthy thing deserving respect.

And … Respect comes in many forms. Eating junky snacks and foods containing toxins & inflammatory ingredients daily, INCLUDING supplements (look at your sleep gummy supplements’ ingredients list), but doing yoga is not honoring your body as a temple.

Yoga yes.

And … It’s a whole connected circle, it’s not compartmentalized to dry brushing, yin yoga, and regular massages.
