Why Space is the missing piece ๐Ÿค

Space

Making space … ALLOWING space is one of the most important things you can do for your health.

Space in your mind to soften & allow new habits … not just physical habits or food-related ones … space to release the quiet fear of “I don’t know if I can trust these changes to last.”

Space to actually say thank you for the sustainable shifts that are already happening.

Space on your kitchen counter & in your fridge matters more than you realize.

When there’s less visual noise, there’s more mental clarity and emotional balance when you ask “what am I going to eat?”

Space in your cupboards & fridge for only what you truly intend to fuel yourself with.
Going out, and having fun, intentional splurges is good ๐Ÿค
… bracing yourself every time you walk into your kitchen is self-torture.

Create & allow space for what you genuinely want to give your body.

And allow space for your emotions, too.

Old patterns and familiar feelings will surface … that’s not failure.

Instead of shoving them down, resisting them, or masking them with forced positivity or spiritual bypassing, allow them … give them space to air out ๐Ÿค

Soften.

Let them come up to move through, and release.

When emotions have space, you give yourself choice again.
You get to decide how you want to feel … instead of being run by what was never given room to move.

There’s so much tied to health that we don’t talk about.
Space is one of the most overlooked pieces.

๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ How does it feel to know that intentionally creating space might be the very thing that allows the transformations you’re wanting … to really happen?
