Why ‘Stressed Out Help’ Isn’t Helpful

The only way you can truly support what you’re called to support … in your immediate life, extended life, or globally …
is by being the most aligned, supported, authentic, well-fed, well-slept, fully-fueled version of you.
That’s the version that can wield your power, your voice, your healing, your intention …
without your energy leaking, your body collapsing, or you unintentionally amplifying the very energy you’re trying to shift.
This means you need to …
Take yourself outside 🌳
Eat food that fuels you.
Move in a way that clears the static.
Sleep like your life depends on it (because it does).
Honor your nervous system like it’s your sacred temple … because it is.
If you react from fight or flight, and then try to fix something …
If you try to help while your own body is running panic, pain, fear, urgency …
you become a magnifier of that frequency, not a healer of it.
And I know that’s not your intention.
So here’s what I practice and teach:
If you want to bring peace … do as much as you can to FEEL peace.
If you want to help ground a situation … ground yourself. Be grounded.
If you want to support freedom, healing, grace … your own body needs to be pulsing with those first.
It’s not selfish. It’s energetically non-negotiable.
The aligned action, the impact, the clarity … it all flows from YOUR frequency.
So please, yes … put your oxygen mask on first.
Because otherwise,
You pass out mid-“help.”
And that helps no one.
That is lose-lose.
