Quick Cabbage Lunch

healthy fat pine nuts black beans cabbage full of fiber quick meal  lunch


~ cabbage … as much as you’d like (maybe 1/3 of a medium head?
~ 1 cup black beans
~ 1/8 – 1/4 cup raw pine nuts
~ 1/2 ripe lime


** option – leave the cabbage raw or lightly steam it
~ place the amount of cabbage you want in a bowl
~ squeeze the fresh lime juice on top of it, toss it, & add sea salt to taste ~ top with black beans & raw pine nuts
