How to start changing your life
Nothing is going to change in your life the way you want it to unless you change it.
You are the center of your life.
I know we’re not raised that way …
You are the common denominator of everything that happens in your life, whether you see it as happening for you or happening to you.
If you want to change your relationship with “this person”, you have to change. You have to shift your responses to yourself first … Your responses to them … Add in some non-responses, which are responses already.
If you want to change your relationship with food, you have to change your relationship with food … By taking little aligned actions every single moment of every day internally, so that eventually in 5 years you’re like “wow! 🙏🏼”, and then you keep going.
If you want to change your relationship to exercise and shift it from being “I do it when it’s convenient” to “it’s just something I always do”, YOU have to change your relationship to exercise.
Can it happen immediately? In the world of the absolute … God/Universe, Angels … probably!
Here, we have to take little aligned action steps all the time towards us.
For example, if you notice you’re thinking “those thoughts” again, good.
Pause a second.
Have a sip of water.
Notice this thought.
Look straight at it, and say “Thank you, you no longer serve me. This is not a pattern I’m going to choose to run anymore.”
What DO I want to think about?
… Lunch. Great!
Shift your focus straight into “lunch”
