Not Exactly Blondies … But SO Good!

These bake up fast, they’re full of real ingredients… and honestly? I don’t even know what to call them.

Light, fluffy, nourishing, and just indulgent enough!

 

Healthy Blondies-ish Bars 😬

👩🏻‍🍳 6 simple ingredients

👩🏻‍🍳 20 minutes to bake ⁣

👩🏻‍🍳 way healthier than usual blondies⁣

👩🏻‍🍳 SO GOOD!

Vegan | Gluten Free | Oil Free | Only natural sugar

 

🤔 So they don’t taste exactly like blondies to me … Wait til you taste these!

I’m still not sure what to call these … but they’re GOOD. Tell me what they remind you of when you try them!

 

Ingredients:

~ 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

~ 1 flax egg ⁣or 1 egg

~ 1/4 cup peanut butter, drippy ⁣(or ANY nut / seed butter with 1 ingredient … 2 max = nuts or seeds & salt)

~ 1/4 cup maple syrup ⁣

~ 1 cup any flour (I used cassava flour)

~ 1/2 tsp baking powder ⁣

~ optional pinch of salt (to taste)

~ optional 1/4 cup chocolate chips … Hu brand are great!

Directions:

~ Preheat oven 180℃ / 355℉

~ Mix together the wet ingredients (first 4 ingredients) and then the remaining ingredients. Mix well.⁣

~ pour into a loaf pan

~ Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean ⁣

~ Store in the refrigerator
