She dug her heels in and fought herself pretty diligently for a good chunk of time
And
🤍 it’s SUCH a different world (in ALL ways) when we start to let food be easy … and then learn what our individual body really needs,
with self compassion and curiosity being the main energy running …
vs. the regular, up-until-now, normal disordered eating patterns that keep us safely circling into what’s always been such a (convenient 🫶🏼) struggle
