Chocolate Chia Bliss Balls

vegan gluten free cacao chia almond butter dessert snack not baked


~ 1/2 cup raw almond butter⁣
~ 1/4 cup raw cacao powder⁣
~ 1/3 cup pure maple syrup⁣
~ 1 tsp vanilla⁣
~ 1/4 cup cacao nibs⁣
~ 1 cup raw oats (read label for gluten-free)⁣
~ 1/4 cup chia seeds⁣
~ pinch of sea salt⁣


~ in a small sauce pan over low heat, melt together the almond butter & maple syrup…then stir in the cacao powder, sea salt, and vanilla until everything is combined.⁣ ⁣
~ in a separate bowl, combine the chia seeds and oats⁣ ⁣
~ pour the chocolate mixture over the seeds & oats and mix well⁣ ⁣
~ put the mixture in the refrigerator for 5 minutes to cool down ⁣ ⁣~ add the cacao nibs & roll into balls. set in the fridge about 30 minutes to harden⁣ ⁣
~ store in the fridge in a sealed container
