Chocolate Chia Bliss Balls

vegan gluten free cacao chia almond butter dessert snack not baked

 Ingredients

~ 1/2 cup raw almond butterā£
~ 1/4 cup raw cacao powderā£
~ 1/3 cup pure maple syrupā£
~ 1 tsp vanillaā£
~ 1/4 cup cacao nibsā£
~ 1 cup raw oats (read label for gluten-free)ā£
~ 1/4 cup chia seedsā£
~ pinch of sea saltā£

Instructions

~ in a small sauce pan over low heat, melt together the almond butter & maple syrup…then stir in the cacao powder, sea salt, and vanilla until everything is combined.ā£ ā£
~ in a separate bowl, combine the chia seeds and oatsā£ ā£
~ pour the chocolate mixture over the seeds & oats and mix wellā£ ā£
~ put the mixture in the refrigerator for 5 minutes to cool down ā£ ā£~ add the cacao nibs & roll into balls. set in the fridge about 30 minutes to hardenā£ ā£
~ store in the fridge in a sealed container
