I feel the general nature of balance is to release a belief that is false, and to open up to one that resonates.

are your foods balanced for what your individual body feels it needs? types of foods? quality? quantity?
is there a balance in your varying relationships? giving? receiving?
are you exercising in a way that betters your overall balance? overdoing it? need more physical activity?
what is your work to play balance? too driven? leaning heavily on couch time binging youtube?
how is your balance with external information you take in, versus listening to what your heart & inner feelings are constantly trying to say to you? … take a little moment to seek even a tiny bit more balance today!
