Cozy Acorn Squash Fries You’ll Make on Repeat

These acorn squash fries are simple, nourishing, filling, and tastebud satisfying. Cut, toss, bake, and in-joy 🍂
They’re the perfect snack or side that’s actually good for you … real ingredients, anti-inflammatory, and maximum flavor.

Here’s how to make them:
1 🧡 Cut an acorn squash in half, scoop out the insides, then slice into fries.
2 🧡 In a bowl, mix 2-3 tbsp avocado or olive oil, salt & pepper to taste, ½ tbsp smoked paprika, ½ tbsp oregano, and ½ tbsp onion powder.
3 🧡 Toss the squash pieces in the mixture until coated.
(Optional if you eat dairy - Coat with finely shred 2-3 ounces of Pecorino or Parmesan cheese.)
4 🧡 Place on a baking sheet and bake at 425°F for 20 minutes, flip, and bake for another 2-5 minutes until crispy.
