3-Ingredient Vegan Bagel Bites (GF + Air Fryer Friendly!)

Do you have an air fryer? This might be a good reason to get one 😂
It’s so satisfying to pop 1 or 2 of these … get the texture, the yum, no guilt … and have a clear “all done” amount you’ll mindfully enjoy… while savoring EVERY SINGLE BITE.
Have your bagels and eat them too 😬
(My air fryer took about 17 minutes, so use your judgment with whatever brand you have ...)
Honestly? It’s fun playing with easy, clean twists on splurge-y foods … and realizing they’re just as (if not more) delicious in a healthier version. 🤗
I used to eat bagels all the time, especially in grad school ...
Then I didn’t … because I was convinced they’d make me gain weight or keep me from the body I wanted.
🌿 Once I stopped fearing foods like whole grains and carbs that actually benefit my individual body … everything shifted.
Not just my health … but my weight, energy, and relationship with food.
I still love bagels. And these are GREAT little satisfying bites.

Directions:
~ Mix equal parts:
• any gluten-free flour (I used @bobsredmill GF All Purpose Baking Flour)
• plain, unsweetened plant-based yogurt (I like @kitehillfoods and @foragerproject plain yogurts)
~ Add sea salt or “everything but the bagel” seasoning into the dough
~ Sprinkle more on top
~ Air fry at 350°F for 10–20 mins (mine needed 17)
