do you tend to see the bright side / bigger picture of situations that have happened?⁣ ⁣

for example … that line was insanely, unnecessarily long, and so hot with no AC, yet ultimately when I got through the line, it was pretty easy, and everything went really smoothly!⁣

= lower internal stress level for the rest of the day ⁣

or do you tend to grab on and hold onto the mundane, super annoying stuff that happened during that situation? ⁣ even when it’s in the past?⁣ ⁣

for example … that line was insanely, unnecessarily long, and so hot with no AC. why didn’t they do something to expedite it?? that took me 2 hours when it should’ve taken 20 minutes!?! that was completely mismanaged, those people are ___!!⁣

… and then you continue to relay that awful situation to everyone you talk to, basically reliving it 10 more times that day.

= so pissed off, continual cortisol coursing through your body, and amped up stress for the rest of the day.

 just some food for thought⁣ where do your tendencies lie?⁣
