Yep 😅 even your road rage says something
are you emotionally reactive to other people's driving?
a lot of people are.
most of us are.
we may think we’re just “annoyed” in traffic.
that’s a ‘yes, and’ answer
… our reactions behind the wheel are teaching us a lot more than we realize.
I noticed that how I handled other drivers was the same energy I carried into my workouts, my relationships, even my healing.
when you emotionally react to other people's driving, it influences and informs everything ... even if you're a super yogi
and eat right for your body
and exercise
your driving can show you a lot 🙏🏼
for example … if you're going to church, you go into church, you say 'peace be with you, peace be with you'
then you get in the car and curse everybody out ...' get the lead out, honda 😡'
and then you get in the extra long line at the grocery store and you grumble under your breath "uuuuggghhhh" 🤬
there's a little dichotomy happening 😬 can you feel that?
... so yes ... be FULLY present when you drive
with your driving
with your surroundings
and mostly with yourself
... how you WANT to feel, what you DO want to experience
because there's full connection between how you respond to everything and what out pictures in your life ✨ where you feel "stuck"
so … you can drive
people can drive how they drive
and
… they're just driving that way.
you do you.
you drive safely.
you drive in a lane.
you move lanes.
you turn left.
you do what you need.
and you don't have to emotionally assign something to how somebody else drives 🤍
(not sure who to credit for the silly cat picture 🚗 😹)
