When they make it an issue ...
if you don’t want something to turn into an issue ….
or tension … or something that lingers longer than it needs to …
there are two sides to this
the first one is ๐ค
you don’t attach to it becoming ‘something’
you don’t build a story around it
someone else gets to run what they’re running
and if they turn something into an issue ….
that’s (only) theirs ๐๐ผ
not because you agree …
because it’s not yours to manage
you don’t have to feed it your energy or attention ๐ค
you get to choose where you put your attention
you can opt in or not
then there’s the second side
๐๐ผ look at what it brings up in you
… a lot of what looks like “caring”
is actually control
trying to manage how someone feels about you …
what they’re thinking about you
trying to make sure nothing turns into a problem
trying to stay on the “good side” of everything
sometimes it’s subtly hidden in us … and … it pulls you out of your own life
that pattern is exhausting
and it shows up everywhere
in your food choices
in how or if you move your body
in how you rest … or don’t
in how full or quiet your internal space feels
this is where I come in ๐ค

the patterns and habits you’re running
and what’s actually underneath them

be in it
