What younger me would be proud of today
12 year old me would think I was so brave for driving cross country solo every summer
14 year old me would never have thought that my curly hair could look nice, and not feel like a curse
16 year old me would be shocked that I choose to have 830am client calls haha
18 year old me would happy that I’m more fit since I stopped over-exercising
20 year old me would be in awe that the disordered eating, over-exercising, and constant heavy drinking are healed
🤍 self love can feel tricky, and like something we all have to practice … although we’re born with it (and unlearn it).
one thing I have been doing more of is finding both little & big things to celebrate 🫶🏼
be-ing more present with myself every moment of every day, and actually celebrate wins as they fly by, instead of letting them get buried in the constantly growing to do list.
I love when I see this rubbing off on my clients, and they message me their little wins during the day ☺️
what are some significant (or insignificant seeming) things teenage-you would be impressed with in your life right now?
🤍 what is a little win that just happened today?
