The note that’s been taped to my mirror for 6 years

Mirror paper. 6 years later … the intention is still the same.

This little piece of paper was one of my first homework assignments from IIN health coaching school … and it’s been taped to my bathroom mirror ever since.

Long before I ever thought about a domain name.

Long before I even knew what an LLC was.

Long before I showed up on social media … at all.

This intention has stayed.

Through every new day, every client, every workshop, every retreat, and every post … it’s been the same foundation.

Refine. Expand. Refine. Expand. 🙏🏼
