Mashed Red Lentils

Ingredients

~ 1 bag of dried red lentils
~ sea salt

Instructions

~ boil the whole bag of dried red lentils in 6 – 8 cups of water (no need to soak them overnight)
~ sea salt to taste
~ boil them a *little* longer than usual. I do around 30 – 35 min. They mash themselves!
