Before you take that supplement ... 👀

Thoughts on supplements ...

I love texts like these 🤍 (see picture ...)

“Do you take this? What do you think about (insert supplement here)?

And my answer is almost always the same.

Yes … in this case … creatine can be supportive. Especially for athletes, muscle building, and newer research even points to benefits for memory and stress. That part is real.

And … we don’t supplement just to supplement.

First step is always checking for a deficiency. Get blood work. Have a conversation with your doctor. If levels are normal, your body may already be doing its job just fine.

And while we’re here … please flip your bottles around.

Some supplements are cut with inflammatory oils (sunflower, safflower, etc. 😬), fillers, or ingredients your body doesn’t love.

If you care about organic produce, clean food, and reducing inflammation … your supplements need that same attention.

Nothing is one-size-fits-all.

Everything is connected.

Informed choices > trendy habits.

I said this out loud in an Instagram reel, if hearing it might help it sink in differently? 🫶🏼
