Why Constantly “Processing” Your Blocks Isn’t Progress

blog
A sneaky way of self-avoidance

Just as overwhelm, perfectionism, and the all-or-nothing mindset can be delay tactics …

So is getting overly attached to your “issues.”
So is staying stuck in processing mode.
So is spending years journaling, deconstructing, retelling the same story over and over again.

It feels (mentally) like forward movement … but it’s often not.
It can be a subconscious excuse not to take any leap forward.
Whether tiny or giant.

Sometimes, we get wrapped up in it all because it feels safer than the unknown.
Safer than action.
Safer than risking failure or success.

In all honesty …

Taking bold, uncomfortable, aligned leaps … of any size … can actually be one of the most powerful ways to shake the old stories loose.
They rise to the surface so they can be moved through, healed, and released.

That’s why we need to do both at the same time.

See our patterns. Name our fears. Be honest with ourselves.
AND take the action that’s calling us forward anyway.

If you’re caught in a swirl of self-analysis, trying to “figure it all out first,” I get it.

I’ve absolutely been there.
And I also know … that place will keep you “safely” in limbo.

And you’re not here to live in limbo.

🤍 Can you feel that?

Is there a story or loop you know you’re still “processing” that might actually be ready to be released?

If you’re ready-ready … this is the work I support people with.
