What Are You Really Saying When You Say ‘I Don’t Have Time’?

blog

Hey 🤍 Let’s talk through something a little bit

You didn’t not have time to pee when you were rushing for that event that starts in an hour.
What you didn’t have was a priority for your body, for your rhythm, for your moment of reset.

If “I don’t have time” is your mantra … what if you swap in: “It’s not a priority” and lean into how that feels to you.

An example for me: I’m not drinking water during the day because it’s not a priority.
I’m not doing 2 minutes of meditation like I said I would because it’s not a priority.

Does that feel different to you? Does it sit well?

Because managing your health isn’t “one day when time allows.”

It’s now, when you choose it 🤍

If you’re ready to stop letting “I don’t have time” win, share this with the person who says it constantly. Let’s give them a little love … and a different question.

I said this out loud in an Instagram reel, if hearing it might help it sink in differently? 🫶🏼
