it's about how there are ...

knee jerk reactions

responses

non-responses

and then a bit further ... the energetic version of non-response you're giving

 

it can sound like “just don’t react” … yes, and ... there’s way more ๐Ÿค

a non-response IS a response.

 

people feel your energy first ... not your words.

 

you can say nothing

and still be 'loud' ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

 

not saying at all to hold it in or shove it or pretend you’re calm ๐Ÿค

 

… practice taking a tiny pause that almost no one sees.

feel your feet … knees … hips … and from there you choose.

 

not the normal internal knee-jerk reaction.

and not the suppressed version of the reaction either.

 

try choosing the energy you actually want to live in … which is calm or neutral or ‘good’ or better

and yes …

this has everything to do with how you eat,

how you move,

and your internal connection.
