I didn’t realize how much of that was ‘supported’ by what I was putting in my body
when I started intentionally cleaning up my eating (giving my body 80-90% real, clean foods) everything changed
yes, of course physically … and also noticeably mentally, energetically, spiritually
less inflammation in my body meant less chaos in my mind
less internal literal “clog” gave me more space to actually think, to breathe, and choose differently in every situation 🙏🏼
it’s that internal space where your chosen responses
