Worrying Isn't Caring

blog

Worrying feels like caring.

We were taught that somewhere along the way.

If we're not worrying ... we're not paying attention.
We're not loving enough.
We're not doing enough.

It's subtle.
But actually loud, once you see it.

Worrying doesn't actually support the person you love.
And it definitely doesn't support you.

It keeps your energy fixed on what you don't want ... over and over.

It's also a really effective way to keep ignoring yourself.
Your needs.
Your body.
Your own life.

This is where I come in 🤍

My clients shift the habits that actually shape their days ... their eating, their movement, their sleep, their stress responses ... and a lot of that shift starts right here, in the quiet patterns running underneath.

Worry is one of them.

With a little awareness ... once you see it, you get to shift it.

Instead of "I just don't want to worry" ...
what do you want to feel?

Because "I don't want to worry" still points your whole energy at worry.
It's one of the ways fear of success hides. It "keeps you safe." It lets you stay exactly where you are.

So ... shift the aim.
"I'd rather feel grounded. Clear. Supported. Connected."

Your energy moves differently from there.
And when your energy moves ... your life does too.

Practice pointing toward what you actually want ... not only when it's easy. Consistently. Like a muscle.

Every time you notice and gently redirect ... you're already changing your life. And theirs too.

It's time for you to actually be included in your life again.
