🍫 Chocolate Chia Bliss Balls

🍫 Ingredients:
~ 1/2 cup raw almond butter (I love Trader Joe's brand)
~ 1/4 cup cacao powder (different than cocoa powder!🍫 Trader Joe's or Navitas are my favorite brands)
~ 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
~ 1 tsp vanilla
~ 1/4 cup cacao nibs or very dark chocolate chips (Navitas also has great cacao nibs!)
~ 1 cup raw oats (read label for gluten-free)
~ 1/4 cup chia seeds (even Homegoods often carries them haha!)
~ pinch of sea salt
🥣 Directions:
~ in a small sauce pan over low heat, melt together the almond butter & maple syrup...then stir in the cacao powder, sea salt, and vanilla until everything is combined.
~ in a separate bowl, combine the chia seeds and oats
~ pour the chocolate mixture over the seeds & oats and mix well
~ put the mixture in the refrigerator for 5 minutes to cool down
~ add the cacao nibs & roll into balls. set in the fridge about 30 minutes to harden
~ store in the fridge in a sealed container
