My name is Meghan, and I am a plant-based certified Holistic Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and certified personal trainer.
I created this Food Talk Program because one of my clients directly asked for exactly that! She didn't want to commit yet to a 3 month Health Coaching Program, but still wanted 1:1 calls with me. She specifically asked if it was possible to have talks " focus merely on better eating habits, and various options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, & snacks."

In the Food Talks, we spend 60 minutes together on a 1:1 call talking about:
~ what you regularly eat
~ where you might experiment with adding or shifting certain foods in your day
~ answering any questions you have about food in general and in relation to your personal breakfasts, lunches, dinners, & snacks!
