I used to think that if I restricted calories to under 1200 a day, or ate fat-free, or no carbs, or processed-packaged-organic vegan frozen food, or ran 50+ miles a week, that somehow my life would start feeling better.
I thought that if I did all those things, my relationships would improve, I would look a certain way, and not feel constantly stressed, never enough, and always sad.
Doing those mean things to myself for decades didn’t work.
I have been there with digestive issues, eating my way through varying fad diets, dealing with awful allergies, feeling physically, mentally, emotionally pretty crappy the majority of the time ... and continually searching for answers and fixes outside of myself.
What I learned is that by going inside, becoming more & more deeply aware / conscious / mindful every moment of every day ... from my own studies & through shamanic practices ... everything starts to shift for the better.
I didn’t reach & exceed my health and weight goals until I shifted into basing my self trust, self worth, & inner value on my heart … actually sensing, feeling, & knowing who I am … that’s where the shift happened for me. learning to hear my highest self, how to listen to my intuition, always living & making decisions from that space.
That’s the place where your eating, weight, relationships, & life can start to really heal … because it’s all connected!

I sought out Meghan’s coaching services in November 2021. I had reached a weight loss plateau and
could not lose the extra 10 pounds I’d been carrying for years. I worked out regularly and thought I was
eating healthy, but I wasn’t seeing progress, so I just resigned myself to the fact that I was stuck.
With my program, catered just to my needs, Meghan identified the changes I needed to
make, taught me how to swap bad habits for good, and helped me to really refine my diet. Within that
month, I busted through the plateau and lost those pesky pounds, going from a size 8/10 to a 6/8! And
this was over Thanksgiving, traveling, and a birthday!

Not only did Meghan help me to achieve the physical improvements I was seeking, but she also taught
me how to make several mental and emotional tweaks as well. One of the major things she helped me
with was preparing for a big audition. I felt intimidated, in over my head, and just not good enough. She
gave me the encouragement and practical tools I needed to combat the fears and negative talk. I nailed
the audition and was cast as an understudy at the most prestigious theatre in Philadelphia.

That play was postponed due to Covid, but the theatre asked me to understudy for the next show,
which I did. Then, when the original play opened six months later, I was blessed with the opportunity to
go on as an understudy…for a dozen performances! All of this was a direct result of Meghan helping me
to prepare.

I decided I wanted to lose another five pounds and, using the healthy tools Meghan had given me, I
went down to a size 4/6. A few months later I decided to lose five more and have settled into a size 4.
This is a comfortable and healthy weight for me and my body type. I haven’t been this size in 20 years,
when depression, stress, poor habits, and other factors began affecting me negatively.

I now feel that I’m back where I belong! I am back on track physically, mentally, and emotionally. I’m
experiencing success in the career--my passion--that I’d lost sight of so many years ago.
